This popular outdoor adventure camp for kids runs a variety of single- and multi-sport programming in Colorado and California, as well as a sleepaway camp. As the brand continues to evolve and develop new offerings, there is a greater demand for compelling content and brand storytelling to position Avid as an attractive option in the highly competitive summer-camp landscape.

I consulted to develop fresh story ideas and a new tone for Avid’s active blog to further convey the brand’s mission to “provide kids and teens with the skills and confidence to choose active outdoor lifestyles” and “teach kids and teens to assess risks, use sound judgment, and believe in their abilities.”
